Private accommodation ‘Mratinje’ is located in the very heart of Mratinje – a picturesque village on the shore of Piva Lake, intersected by a mountain brook that gets water from the snow melting from the surrounding mountain peaks. The facility is located in the Nature Park ‘Piva’, the first protected area of its kind in Montenegro.
The facility is, among others, suitable for all interested people who plan to visit two beautiful, untouched jewels of this region – Maglić Mountain and Trnovačko Lake.
The building contains 3 furnished rooms with 8 beds and a fully equipped shared bathroom. The two rooms have access to a shared terrace with a view of the surrounding mountain peaks, a garden and an orchard.
This facility is located on the hiking route, leading from Mratinje to Maglić Mountain and Trnovačko Lake, possible to reached from the village by a neatly marked hiking trail for 5-6 hours. This facility is only 1 km away from the shore of Piva Lake where guests can relax and swim in its clear and transparent water. On the 5th km from the building there is an impressive building of the ‘Piva’ hydroelectric power plant, which is one of the highest hydropower plants in the world, 220 meters high. Fifteen kilometers from the facility is the main rafting center in Montenegro – Šćepan Polje, known for this type of adrenaline tourism not only to the surrounding places but also to the growing number of visitors from all over the world. The building is only 20 km away from Plužine.
