Ethno village ‘Milogora’ is located in the small village called Trsa, or more precisely, on the Pivska Planina, 1,450 meters above sea level. On the 12th kilometer of the regional road Plužine-Žabljak, there is a village called Trsa with a national restaurant ‘Milogora’, located in this village for fifteen years, recognizable by specialties of local cuisine, with steamed lamb as the most famous one. Another thing that makes Milogora unique in these areas is beer cooled in snow, offered during the whole summer. The geographical position offers the great advantages because it is located in the immediate vicinity of the Piva, Tara and Sušica canyons, and below the slopes of high Durmitor Mountain. That means that you can enjoy these natural beauties literally in one day, in this, in many ways, the most beautiful and most interesting part of Montenegro.
As for accommodation, we have 5 double traditional wooden bungalows, as well as 3 double, 3 four-bed and 4 triple apartments.
One of the attractions we can offer you is horse riding throughout the unspoiled nature of this region. We have a professionally designed and equipped destination for tourist and school riding. Horses are carefully selected and trained, and quality instructors are provided as well.
We also organize the Tara rafting, an unforgettable experience for all who want to feel the adrenaline rush and at the same time to enjoy the unique natural beauty of the Tara Canyon. All skippers have licenses and great experience, so security is guaranteed.
We also offer jeep safari tours, during which you will be able to enjoy beautiful landscapes and exciting ride along the mountainous areas. The offer includes excursion in off-road vehicles throughout the following locations: Trsa, Pišče, Lokvica, Prutaš, Todorev Do, Dobri Do, Sedlo, Žabljak, Štuoc, Mala Crna Gora, Sušica Canyon, Nedajno and Trsa again. This route is known as Durmitor Ring, and is one of the most sought-after activities from our offer.
In the place where the Piva River once flowed, now there is Piva Lake, 42 km long; beautiful, clear and breathtaking. For those who want it, we also offer boat rides along this lake. Clear, emerald green color of water gives a special charm to the whole landscape surrounding the lake. With its rich flora and fauna in addition to all mentioned characteristics, it is certainly a place which will leave you breathless. With the possibility of boat riding and swimming, Piva Lake represents an attractive tourist destination. The lake is rich in fish, and the most common species are trout and chub.
