ETHNO VILLAGE and CAMP ‘GRAB’
Location:
It is located along the very coast of the Tara River Canyon, the deepest canyon in Europe, protected by UNESCO since 1977.
With the maximum depth of 1,300 meters, the Tara River Canyon is the second in the world, righ after the Grand Canyon.
About camp:
It has been operating since 2002.
Duration of the season: 15th of April – 1st of October
Capacity: 60 beds (rooms and bungalows) + meadow for campers as well as complete sanitary facility; 8 triple rooms with own bathroom, 2 double rooms with own bathroom, one 6-bedded room with own bathroom, one bungalow with 8 beds and 3 bungalows with 6 beds.
All accommodation units offer a unique view of the surrounding mountains and the river as well.
Ethno village and camp ‘Grab’ has beautiful open terraces as well as a sand beach by the river bank which provides an intense experience of nature and swimming in crystal clear, but cold water. It provides the access to one of the richest natural landscapes in the world and beside the rafting, kayaking, hydrospeed, canoeing, hiking, fishing, and other outdoor activities, it also offers many other experiences.
This ethno village and camp is located only a few kilometers from ‘Durmitor’ National Park, in the untouched nature and authentic village character, with an eternal tradition of hospitality, where people of all ages can enjoy.
Traditional Montenegrin cuisine is an essential part of this ambience, as well as a home-made food from the surrounding villages.
The ethno village and camp ‘Grab’ team consists of licensed rafting, kayak and hiking guides with years of experience in organizing and conducting adventure and extreme excursions, expeditions and camping. These are professional and reliable people with over 10 years of experience in this business around the world. They all share love for nature and outdoor activities and want to share this passion with others through the perfect combination of adrenaline and peace that this ambience provides.

- Kayak festival ‘Tara’ is the first festival of its kind in the country and the region, with the aim of promoting kayaks in wild waters, as well as promoting Montenegro as an ideal destination for dealing with this sport.
- The festival spirit and desire for adventure made the connection between people of different cultures, and once again confirmed that our country has all the necessary capacities to satisfy the appetites of the most demanding kayak riders and tourists.

- The fitness camp aimes to promote healthy lifestyles through the organization of fitness camps throughout Montenegro, and to encourage the socialization, meeting and researching our country.
